| Job Description: |
Ansaar Management Company is seeking a qualified HSE Engineer to develop, implement, and oversee Health, Safety, and Environment programs across company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce HSE policies, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and emergency response plans.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and workplace inspections.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Organize HSE training, awareness sessions, and emergency drills.
Monitor environmental protection, waste management, and pollution control activities.
Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
Prepare regulatory reports and maintain incident and compliance records.
Promote continuous improvement in HSE performance and culture.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate HSE into all business operations.
Manage PPE programs and hazard tracking systems.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering
Experience: 3–4 years in HSE roles within construction, facilities, or industrial operations
Certifications (preferred): NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent
