Job Description:

DNA Solutions is an Islamabad-based company specializing in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services for clients overseas.As we expand our operations to include a growing international client base, we seek an experienced HR Manager to establish and develop our human resources function.In this role, you will help build a strong local team for our overseas customers, manage recruitment and retention strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant employment standards.DNA Solutions offers excellent career growth opportunities, with the potential to progress to the Head of HR Department.We also provide paid medical expenses and a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 5 Years of HR Management Experience – Preferably within international or overseas-focused organizations.

  • Proficiency in Employment Regulations – Understanding of local labor laws and familiarity with overseas HR requirements.

  • HR Software & Data Management – Experience using HRM systems (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar).

  • Recruitment & Retention Strategy – Proven ability to create hiring plans and retention programs in a high-demand environment.

  • Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations – Skilled in handling grievances and disciplinary processes.

  • Performance Management & Leadership – Capable of guiding line managers in team development and goal setting.

  • Payroll & Benefits Coordination – Comfortable working with finance teams to manage compensation and benefits structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Recruitment Strategies – Implement targeted plans to attract and retain skilled professionals across various roles, including administrative staff, technical personnel, and management.

  • Manage the Hiring Process – Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.

  • Onboarding & Induction – Organize structured onboarding processes to integrate new employees into the company culture and clarify HR policies and job expectations.

  • Workforce Planning – Forecast staffing needs based on organizational growth and the evolving demands of our overseas clients.

HR Compliance & Employment Law

  • Ensure Legal Compliance – Keep up-to-date with relevant labor laws and regulations, including those for overseas clients, ensuring best practices in all HR policies.

  • Maintain Employee Records – Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, personal data, and any disciplinary actions.

  • Audit & Compliance Checks – Prepare for HR audits (internal or for overseas clients), ensuring processes meet required standards and regulations.
