Position Overview:

As a Telemarketer at Tech City Products Pvt. Ltd. , you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to promote our products and services. You will play a crucial role in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
• Present and explain our products or services clearly and persuasively.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Identify and understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain and update customer information in our database.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
