Cloudco Group is a subsidiary of Digi Vision Group and is in the process of opening a back office in Lahore, Pakistan for which it requires a motivated and hardworking team of professionals. We are searching for an associate to work closely with our local as well as UK team. This position will also offer on-job learning via local trainings provided by international consultants and team members.

Duties and responsibilities:

8 Hour shift/day with weekend and night cover to be provided on a rotation basis

Communicate/coordinate daily with our team based in UK

Communicate with our clients through inbound calls and log jobs in our software

candidate must be willing to work flexible hours
