Job Description:

Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to identify, develop and implement growth opportunities for ongoing revenue growth. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for our organization.  First and foremost, we’re looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities. We are looking for candidates who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. It also gives the candidate an ease of working from home!

Responsibilities and Duties:

·         Drive new customer acquisition and business through a defined target prospect list of organizations.

·         Create and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, influencers, and buyers to position the company’s value proposition.

·         Respond to RFP’s, create and deliver proposals.

·         Develop and maintain internal sales tools and databases.

·         Create and maintain sales documentation and data surrounding engagement status and client satisfaction end.

·         Full sales cycle management including cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying of new sales opportunities.

·         Research and evaluate businesses to identify decision makers and understand client needs.

·         Upwork, Guru, Freelancer Proposal Writing.

·         Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and emails to prospective clients.

·         Communicate the value of web development services and SAAS products to business owners over the phone and through demos.

·         Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and efficiently drive sales to close.

·         Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.

·         Establishing and maintaining new client relationships and Teaming Partner relationships in targeted geographies along with retention and upsell to existing customer accounts.

·         Work closely with the Solutions Leader to build customized solutions pitches for the target account.

·         Conduct industry research and competitor analysis.

·         Ability to manage within a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, with many stakeholders and shifting priorities. We move and innovate fast, be ready to adapt along the way.

·         Be Positive, professional and fun to work with at the same time.

·         Critical thinking and decision-making skills to handle objections throughout the sales cycle.

Desired Background & Experience:

 

·         Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience.

·         BBA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         Strong English verbal and written communication skills are required!

·         Detail-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude who is deadline and results oriented.

·         Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term partners

·         Strategic and creative thinker; self-starter; excellent project management skills

·         Must have experience presenting business cases and communicating value propositions to customers

·         Proven ability to establish collaborative relationships internally and externally

·         Experience responding to RFPs and writing/delivering proposals

·         Outstanding presentation, communication, technical, and interpersonal skills

·         Any experience selling solutions on Azure or AWS is a HUGE advantage

·         An understanding of the MSP, Hosting and/or cloud technology industries

·         Experience working in CRMs is a plus! (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

·         Experience with selling web development / software required.

·         Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

·         Knowledge of end to end managed Infrastructure Services go-to-market solutions a plus.

·         IT and infrastructure consulting engagement experience a plus.

·         Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.

·         Understanding of online Marketplace principles and retailing is preferred.
