Job Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

Manager NOC MPLS/TP Tx Network is responsible to ensure timely intimation to NOC management & escalation in case of outage.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Huawei/ZTE Network configurations.

• Huawei/ZTE Network alarms reduction.

• Huawei network health reports & performance stats biweekly.

• Proper follow-up of all running incidents.

• Timely intimation to NOC management & escalation in case of outage.

• Proper response & follow-up external customers of PTCL.

• Any Other Projects Assigned by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS/ COMPETENCIES

Education: Advanced Degree in Engineering

Expertise: Experience Technology Solutions, Operations, Planning & Network Designing

Other skills:

• Team Work

• Negotiation Skills

• Time and Meeting Management

• Excellent communication skills
