| Job Description: |
Under the direct supervision of the Lead Technical Analyst and the overall guidance of the President, the incumbent will work closely with all team members of Smart IS.
The key accountabilities of the incumbent are as follow:
- Provide technical support to all teams at Smart IS
- Server administration on Windows and Linux Server
- Provide support on VPN, DNS and web services
- Troubleshoot all issues reported by employees
- Network administration; must be able to work remotely as well
- Administration of backup and storage devices
- Manage router configuration
- Firewall configuration
- TCP/IP knowledge is preferred
