Oversee all project activities. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and create and monitor project plans and create a detailed project plan

     Direct and Manage project execution, ensuring target achievements and timely delivery. Handle shifting priorities and multiple projects independently.

     Coordinate development of web projects with clients and internal resources

     Manage all project related documentation like proposals, progress reports, requirements documentation

     Constantly check time variance during the project development to raise the flag and take corrective actions

     Responsible for the project planning, scheduling, and for monitoring and reporting the progress against the plan

      Plan, deliver and manage complex projects

     Act as the primary point of contact for the client

     Lead development projects

     Ensure that projects and services are delivered to the client on time

     Ensure that the projects are delivered according to the client’s expectations

     Set and continually manage project expectations with team members
