Job Description: |
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Develop comprehensive project execution plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members and consultants.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process drawings to document needs.
- Track of equipment arrival on site by follow up with forwarder and custom clearing agent.
- Notify the equipment arrival to customer and write to them to prepare the site in advance.
- Communicate with others to keep everyone on board with any changes to the project plan.
- Organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to the project manager.
- Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks, sometimes for multiple projects, at once.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Keep records of all the financial, customs documents, delivery notes and meeting points in writing and must notify the company.
- Update documents on a daily basis and report every weekend to the company.
- Must keep everything confidential.
