• Design and develop SugarCRMs front-end web based application using advanced Javascript, HTML5 and CSS.
• Build out SugarCRMs framework components that leverage the ability to easily create CRM modules dynamically as well as programmatically.
• Build SugarCRMs shared components that will be used across several CRM modules.
• Research and collaborate with fellow team members and architects to design and produce the best solutions for new product features and issues.
• Apply different techniques like advanced algorithms and data structures to make solutions extremely performant and scalable.
• Participate in peer program with fellow engineers involving code review and review of their code to ensure product quality, drive discussions and promote knowledge sharing across the team, as well as teach new team members to understand the system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field of study, or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge in JavaScript like closures, memory leaks, different browsers behavior, processing and performance
• Solid knowledge in jQuery, BackboneJS, (or AngularJS), UnderscoreJS
• Solid knowledge in HTML5 and CSS with preference on Bootstrap knowledge
• Ability to write code that can adapt to many different screen sizes, which will be used and supported on multiple browsers and devices
• Strong and solid Computer Science knowledge like Algorithms and Data Structures
• Good knowledge of call stacks, execution flow and memory management
• Good knowledge of design patterns and knowing when to apply them (designing applications with MVC and other patterns)
• Ability to follow processes, execute projects and apply frugality with minimum supervision
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced collaborative environment with strong deadlines
• Experience with debugging and finding memory leaks (and other problems) on complex JavaScript code
• Experience working in small teams and being a good team player
• Experience with api integrations and source control tools (Git)
