Responsibilities:
- Source carriers by speaking with them and making outbound calls to onboard them
- Add loads into the dispatch management software and assign them to trucks
- Manage truck drivers' schedules and routes
- Submit invoices and maintain records
- Negotiate rates and delivery timelines
Requirements:
- Hardworking and punctual
- Fluent in USA English with excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Experience in the trucking industry is a must
