We are looking for a Telesales Supervisor for our company.
One must have the following skills,
- Excellent communication and speaking skills in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Contacting potential candidates to tell them about services.
- Answering questions about the services of the company.
- Work with the Contact Center Manager in identifying trends and establishing call center goals.
- Identify candidate’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage candidates by taking the extra mile.
- The candidate should be hard-working, self-motivated, and a good team player.
- Must be dependable and a team player.
- Lead generation, rapport building, and closing skills.
- Flexible to work day shifts on permanent basis i.e. 09:00am to 5:00pm UK time (Mon-Sat)
