Ozoned is looking for Assistant Product Manager responsible for managing existing and setting up of new insurance products, must be well versed with insurance products, policy lifecycle, and insurance strategy.

Interested candidate

• Must be capable of handling and managing business processes in a responsible and ethical manner
• Must have knowledge of the trends and major driving factors in the insurance market, insurance principles, methodologies, and practices, as well as the identification of the major stakeholders in the insurance sector
• Must be familiar with all insurance lines of businesses
• Must have exposure or should be familiar with digital distribution channels

Must Have:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in marketing, acquisitions, insurance business/product development, and/or analytics
• Working knowledge of market dynamics, products, and competitive climate
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

The potential candidate is expected to be responsible for:

• Managing, Development, and Enhancement of the B2B2C Insurance Distribution Platform
• Manage system and operation enhancement projects, including but not limited to B2B2C Insurance Distribution Platform enhancement, maintenance, and support
• Coordinate and support the marketing and sales activities
