Communicate daily or weekly basis with development team leader, operating in-charge and business analyst.

Primary duties include;

• Black box Testing
• Negative Testing
• Regression Testing
• White Box Testing
• Functional Testing
• Non Functional Testing (GUI)
• Update / Prepare Test Sheet and Test Cases
• Update / Prepare use cases
• Prepare Release Notes
• For Regression testing, there will be only one test user created. The same user will be used for the complete testing without the consideration who is committing the test. Reference Number should be mentioned.
• Prepare auto testing scripts if required and conduct auto testing
• Prepare the induction document and training of Xfer for any new QA resources.
• Update daily work on Redmine/ticketing system.
• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
• Find the gaps and mistake/syntax error by developers while working on Xfer.
• Check for the requirements which should be fulfilled in the QA passed tickets from QA analysts.
• Calculate and plan the amount of time it will take a QA team to finish the QA testing.

• Analysis of tickets.
• Wire frame / mockups.
• Training of CSR person when required.
