Responsibilities:

•   Providing IT support to on-site and off-site users.
•   Securing all network devices with best IT practices.
•   Backup & recovery solutions management.
•   Installation, Upgradation, Monitoring and troubleshooting of Servers, Desktops, Switches, VOIP Phones and Firewalls.
•   Ensuring all network services are available to users.
•   Preparation of network and technical documentation and updating them time to time.
•   Coordinate with vendors and contractors to implement, repair, and maintain all projects, systems, and critical infrastructure as needed.
•   Serves as a technical expert for all system administration.
•   Updating content on all of our associated websites.
•   VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
•   Performs other related duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

•   Excellent troubleshooting skills for Windows 7, 10, Windows Server.
•   Extensive experience in Windows Server 2016+ roles AD, DNS, DHCP, FS, RDS and File Server.
•   Microsoft Sql/Mysql  server experience
•   Knowledge of Microsoft Licensing and Software asset management.
•   Experience in Office365.
•   Should be able to manage Microsoft Exchange Server on site or on cloud.
•   Expert level proxy Servers configuration and troubleshooting.
•   Must have experience in Virtualization (Xen, VMware, Microsoft, AWS).
•   Must have hands on experience on VOIP phone Systems.
•   HTML, CSS, WordPress knowledge and ability to update content on websites.
•   Website Domain and hosting with backup and restore of client websites.
•   Backup solutions such as Veeam experience.
•   Site to site VPN for corporate network and SSL VPN for user’s configuration and troubleshooting.

Education and Experience

•   Degree in Computer Science is mandatory.
•   Must have at least five years or more experience in related field.
•   Written and oral command of the English language is mandatory.
•   Training and Certification in Microsoft, Cisco and Linux will be a plus.
