Job Description:

Main Overview:


  1. Customer Support Representative: Emails, WhatsApp, Texts, Calls(Ingoing & Outgoing)
  2. Reporting: Various Reports to be made daily, weekly & monthly. 



Details:



  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.



Knowing the company’s products inside and out so that you can answer questions.



  1. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  2. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.



Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.



  1. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
