Job Description:

A non-profit organization, based in Bahria Town Islamabad and operations all over the country, is seeking the services of an efficient person to contribute and support the planning and execution of projects. The position’s responsibilities include monitoring project progress, following up with team and stakeholders on the completion or delay of activities, scheduling meetings, maintaining project documents and reports, in addition to routine correspondence. Prospective candidates should be able to perform tasks assigned by the Director Programmes in an efficient and timely manner under supervision, while maintaining oversight of all project activities, identify any issues, and ensure these are resolved promptly.

·        Support to plan, design, and deliver the project activities in accordance with the Project Plan

·        Assists with the preparation of the Project Implementation Plan and other key documents to support the project

·        Assists with the creation of the Annual Plan of Actions (APA) and schedules for the projects

·        Manage and facilitate the flow of essential project information among project team at national as well as regional level

·        Ensure short-term contracts are managed in accordance with their terms of reference

·        Assist strategy teams in the utilization of calibrating inputs and interpreting outputs

·        Maintain project calendar and milestones

·        Ensure the availability of the project results to the relevant people, providing feedback to project managers, project teams and other staff as necessary

·        Ensure the efficient capture and retrieval of complete and accurate project records

·        Monitor and prepare the regular reports on the progress of a project against agreed and documented time and budget targets; while ensuring appropriate quality standards are maintained

·        Liaise with Human Resource Department to enable appropriate project resourcing

·        Ensure that reporting is complete and checked according to the set quality standards

·        Publish all programmatic data and documentation from selected projects in the Grant Management System (GMS)

·        Liaise with the communication team for the project success stories

·        Develop project proposals, and conduct necessary research, if needed

·        Develop meeting briefs, and event reports

·        Any other task assigned by the Director Programs
