| Job Description: |
Application Support Engineer will manage operations, maintenance, and enhancements of our core applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily and Weekly health checks for OS, DBs, and Infrastructure components (mainly AWS).
- Monitoring System Performance and Logs.
- Ensuring all application dependencies are up to date.
- Analyzing and fixing bugs as reported by end-users or customers.
- Developing and deploying hotfixes and other upgrades.
- Taking online and offline backups for data, applications.
- Auditing User Roles and any other irregular activity in the system.
- Providing support to users in their day-to-day operations and any queries.
- Following Change Management, Release Management, and Source Code Management process leveraging different tools including JIRA, GitHub, etc.
Required Skills:
- Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with any of these PHP(CakePHP), MERN, and MEAN Stacks
- Hands-on experience in managing different Operating Systems mainly CentOS, Red Hat, and Ubuntu.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Components, GitHub, Jira, and ClickUp
- Hands-on experience with different SQL and NoSQL DBs.
- Sound understanding and working knowledge of different API tools, Mobile Applications (iOS, Android)
- Excellent attention to detail and great analytical skills.
