We are looking for a female candidate to work as Customer Relation Officer

Job Requirements:

• Should know how to attend calls
• Can responsibly and professionally reply to emails and phone calls
• Skilled in MS Office
• Polite, well mannered and from a good background
• Able to communicate eloquently and politely
• Team player, willing to work flexible hours
• Positive personality
• Notify company personnel of customer arrival
• Keep a safe and clean reception area
• Receive letters, packages and have them distributed to the appropriate destination
• Must be willing to multi-task and learn administrative procedures and clerical actions
• Must be willing to travel occasionally for training purposes
• Will be required to do cold calling and generate leads.
