| Job Description: |
We are a digital design agency and looking for a project/workflow manager to help us with our day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibility will be as following:
- Guiding inbound leads to appropriate services by answering their questions and maturing them to sales.
- Delegating projects to team leads
- General QA of deliverables
- Following up with clients, answering their questions, and sharing deliverables.
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of professional design software like Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is an added bonus, though, not required
- Bachelors from any reputable university
- Experience working as a customer support agent (optional)
