Job Description:
  • To maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and inquiries under the directions from zonal office.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • To communicate with customers through various channels and maintain the record of all complaints.
  • Knowing company products inside and out so that you can answer customer queries and questions.
  • To keep the records of customer complaints, interactions, transactions and comments and report the same to zonal office.
  • To communicate and coordinate with colleagues for smooth functioning routine work.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processes.
  • Managing the team of subordinates, approve their leave application, expenses, outdoor duties etc.
  • To look after office matters in the absence of zonal Incharge.
  • To get feedback from the dealers about CCC staff working and attitude and report to zonal officer.
