Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a Non-Governmental Organization of international solidarity based in France. Founded in 1991, SIF is a non-profit and non-political organization that intents to help, to bring relief and to protect the lives of those threatened by natural disasters, armed conflicts or by economic collapse. SIF intervenes in more than 20 countries around the world through operations of emergency aid, recovery and development. SIF provides its help since more than 20 years in the respect of the cultural diversity, without any distinction of origin, religion or sex.

Distribution Assistant-Aqiqa will be based in Islamabad and will work under the direct supervision of the Child Welfare Program Officer. He/she will be responsible to look after the implementation of the Aqiqa project in field and will be the focal person for the collection and distribution of meat to the centres.

Objective 1: Ensure Smooth Implementation of the Aqiqa Project

Activities:

-         Screening of goats in compliance to Aqiqa

-         Record live weight of all goats

-         Collection of meat packs and offal’s from supplier and record weight of each packs

-         Ensure that packs are packed properly

-         Distribution of meat packs and offal’s  in orphans sponsorship project (OSP) beneficiaries as per plan

-         Meat should be weighed before handing it over OSP beneficiaries

-         To ensure the quality and quantity of material provided to OSP beneficiaries

-         Ensure protection of beneficiaries during project implementation.

-         Orient beneficiaries on complaint response mechanism.

Objective2:Coordination                                                                      

Activities:

-          Program team and beneficiaries must be informed about distribution plan well on time.

-          Follow up with logistics on purchase orders

Objective 3: Administrative support to the Program Department

Activities:

-          Collection of skin delivery receipts from supplier and maintain record

-          Prepare good receiving note (GRN) for all the centres against every distribution

-          Maintain hard file for the Aqiqa documents that he/she receives.

Objective 4: Reporting

Activities:

-          Timely submission of daily updates.

-          Taking pictures with Aqiqa order names while distribution of meat

-          Ensure beneficiaries data protection
