| Job Description: |
- Hyperdata Computing (pvt) Ltd is looking for Sr. Software engineer who will be working primarily to address technical issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades.
- They will resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.
- As a Sr. Software Engineers, you will be working closely with development teams to identify and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the development of software.
- To succeed as a Software Engineer, you must demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- You will also need to exercise strong communication, organizational and customer service skills. Attention to detail is also a required for this role.
- ·You will ensure that efficient software maintenance and support strategies are in place·
- Must have hands on experience on C#, SQL Server, T-SQL, ASP.Net MVC, Rest Services.
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience or more
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of LINUX based system
- Hands on in writing code in C# with prior experience of ASP.Net MVC and front end javascript libraries like jQuery and ReactJS
- Above average skills of debugging code written in C# and T-SQL
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment providing first line of support to offshore customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills interacting with offshore customers particularly in the United States.
