Responsibilities

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints via Chat and Email

• Converting online leads to sales from FB, Instagram, Web chat, Whats app.

• Providing product details to the customers.

• Focus on Sales targets

Requirement

• Can Speak and write English fluently.

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience

• Excellent typing speed

• Can work from home from 8am-6pm

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Basic knowledge of ecommerce operations, Google sheet and MS Excel.

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Magento & Big commerce knowledge preferred but not required,
